Tuna Salad Sandwich
Recipe:
Combine the following in a bowl and mix:
- 1/3 cup tuna (low sodium) packed in water (Drain it)
- 3 TBSP fat free cottage cheese (instead of mayonnaise)
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp relish
- season to taste
Toast 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread
Make the sandwich: place the tuna salad, lettuce and tomatoes.

Egg Salad Sandwich
Recipe:
Combine the following in a bowl and mix:
- 1 chopped hard boiled egg (I purchase mine already hard boiled to save time)
- 3 TBSP fat free cottage cheese (instead of mayonnaise)
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp relish
- season to taste
Toast 2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread
Make the sandwich: place the egg salad, lettuce and tomatoes.
