I have degrees in physiotherapy (BSc) and dentistry (DMD), and I specialize in helping midlife humans finally understand their body. Inside my Strength Academy, I teach you how to fix what’s actually holding you back: your breathing mechanics, core control, and nervous system ... and then build real strength and mobility on top of it.
