My easy banana bread recipe is low in sugar! Perfect for anyone following my Fat Loss Fast System.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
Mix the following in a large bowl:
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips (>70%)
Place into a silicone loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake for ~35 minutes. Do the toothpick test to confirm it is fully cooked

This yields a pretty large loaf. I cut it into 8 generous pieces.
