Protein Muffins
- Today I'm going to teach you how to make a protein muffins!
- The recipe yields 6 muffins.
- I recommend you watch the short video at the bottom of this post before making the recipe.

Materials:
- muffin tin & liners
- mixing bowl
- Measuring Cup
- Coffee/Nut grinder
Ingredients:
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ground rolled oats (or buy oat flour)
- 1/2 scoop BSN Whey (vanilla)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- PAM

So 1 muffin is:
calories 173, fat 5.2g, sat fat 2.15g, cholesterol: 40mg, sodium 37.5mg, carbohydrates: 23.7g, fibre 2.9g, sugars 9.8g, protein 10.2g
Written Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Place the following into a large mixing bowl and mix by hand
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ground rolled oats (Grind the oats in the nut/spice grinder or buy oat flour)
- 1/2 scoop BSN Whey (vanilla)
- Stir in
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Spray PAM in muffin liners. Dispense batter into 6 muffin liners and bake for 15 minutes (use tooth pick to verify).
