  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • Seasons (pepper, Mrs. Dash, etc)
  • 1 oz Chicken
  • Toppings of Choice (ie. mushrooms, green peppers, etc)
  • 1 tsp Walden Farms Calorie Free Tomato & Basil Sauce

  1. I did something similar yesterday.. without the chicken, using quark cheese and experimented with xanthan gum for better binding. Great recipes 🙂
