Chocolate Banana Pancakes


Recipe:

Mix the following in a blender:


Make the pancake:

  • Place the batter onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat (or use non-stick cooking spray). Flip the pancake (with a big spatula) after a few minutes (when you can see the bottom has turned golden brown). Cook the opposite side for a few minutes until it also turns golden brown.

Topping:

  • 1/4 of a banana sliced
  • 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips melted and drizzled over pancake

Calories: 309, fat: 5.7 g, saturated fat: 2.4g, cholesterol: 25mg, sodium: 296.4mg, carbohydrates: 32.9g, fiber: 4.4g, sugars: 11.8g, protein: 32.2g
