Here's a healthy treat! I used PB&Me powdered peanut butter instead of peanut butter so it's much lower in fat and calories.
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP PB&Me 100% Peanuts Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP water
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
Recipe (makes 9 clusters):
- Mix PB&Me with water
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for ~80 seconds
- Combine the PB with the Chocolate. Add the Oats. Stir to combine.
- Spoon into 9 clusters on a plate lined with plastic wrap. Place into the fridge until set (~10 minutes)
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
