Protein Fudge!
Anyone can make this NO BAKE recipe. It's QUICK & EASY, and it only requires 3 ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Coconutter Coconut Butter in Cinnamon Roll
- 1 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun Whey
- 1 TBSP raisins
- 2 TBSP water
Recipe:
Mix the following (by hand) in a small mixing bowl:
- 2 TBSP Coconutter (Cinnamon Roll) .... melt in microwave for 20 seconds first
- 1 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey or if you want the recipe to have 50 less calories, then use BSN Syntha-6 Edge Whey (Cinnamon Bun)
- 2 TBSP water
- 1 TBSP raisins
Line a square or rectangular glass dish (a tupperware container will work too) with plastic wrap (see my photo below). This makes it easy to remove the fudge from the dish for cutting.
Place the mixture evenly into the dish ... or you can eat it as frosting!
To make fudge, place the dish into the fridge for a few hours (or into the freezer for 30-60 minutes if you are impatient like I am!)
Cut the fudge into small cubes and serve. Store these in the fridge. A single serving represents half of the recipe.

- Calories: 256.5, fat: 14.7g, saturated fat: 0.75g, cholesterol: 32.5mg, sodium: 75mg, carbs: 17.05g, fiber: 4.95g, sugars: 6.4g, protein: 12.25g
