HI! I LOVED this podcast. I have been hesitant to try IF due to conflicting info out there. I was worried about my hormonal balance, adrenals, and thryoid. I have had them checked and everything seems to be going great! I have loved my IF experience because it has decreased my hunger and I don’t have to worry about eating all the time while I’m at work. QUESTION: I would like to take an all-natural BCAA in the morning but it has 25 calories for 13.3 grams. Will that break my fast? THANKS!!!
