This frozen strawberry fluff recipe can be enjoyed on its own, or as a dip for strawberries!
Recipe (makes 1 serving):
Combine the following in a bowl:
- 1 cup of frozen Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 scoop SYNTHA-6 (Strawberry). You can use code DRSOLOMON for 15% OFF all BSN supplements on my sponsor's website here.
- You can either add 1/2 cup of strawberries to the fluff, or you can dip them into the fluff (that's what I do: I use it as a dip for my strawberries).
- Optional: top with 2 TBSP of light whipping cream (from a can)
Notes: Have you ever checked the ingredients in Cool Whip? The two biggest offenders are high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated vegetable oil. I confess I love Cool Whip. Sure, that's fine once in the blue moon. But here's another option with far better ingredients: So Delicious Coco Whip Light. It's a coconut milk frozen dessert topping (it's dairy-free and soy-free).
