Here’s my yummy mug cake recipe! It's only 238 calories and ready in 2 minutes!
Recipe:
Mix the following in a bowl (by hand) and then pour the batter into a mug coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 2 TBSP egg whites
- 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal
- Pinch of baking powder
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Invert the mug to drop the cake onto a plate.
Top with Icing. To make the icing, mix the following in a bowl:
- 1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
- 1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- A sparing amount of water (not too much, you want the icing to be thick)
