Protein Bark!
This no-bake recipe takes 3 minutes to prepare. It sets in the freezer in about an hour.
It's so GOOD! You can use any flavour and any toppings.
I made Cinnamon Raisin Bun Bark, a Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bar, and a chocolate peanut butter candy bar.
Recipe:
For the Cinnamon Raisin Bun Bark
- In a small bowl, mix 1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil, 2/3 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Edge Whey (Cinnamon Bun) and 1 tsp Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake syrup.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a plate covered in plastic wrap. Don’t worry about being neat and tidy.
- Top with 1 TBSP of raisins
- Place in the freezer for ~60 minutes until it sets.
- Once it’s set, break the bark into pieces. Eat immediately before it melts, or store the rest in the freezer for later!
For the Fruit & Nut Chocolate Bar:
- In a small bowl, mix 1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil, 2/3 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Edge Whey (Chocolate).
- Spread the mixture thinly on a plate covered in plastic wrap. Don’t worry about being neat and tidy.
- Top with 1/2 TBSP of Goji Berries & 1/2 TBSP of slivered almonds
- Place in the freezer for ~60 minutes until it sets.
- Once it’s set, break the bark into pieces. Eat immediately before it melts, or store the rest in the freezer for later!
